Go Privé is a global premium mobility marketplace connecting travellers with verified local mobility partners worldwide. Services include Private Chauffeurs, Airport Transfers, Luxury Sedans, Luxury Vans, Executive Minibuses, Jeep Tours and Tuk-Tuk Tours. Go Privé is a technology marketplace and is not the transport operator.

You are charged only after a mobility partner accepts your booking. Go Privé retains a service commission; the remainder is settled to the partner.

Free cancellation up to 24h before pickup. Within 24h, 50% applies. No-shows are charged in full. Advance-booking services require a minimum of 48 hours notice.

Sharing phone numbers, emails, WhatsApp or any off-platform contact inside in-app chat is automatically blocked and may lead to account suspension. This protects both sides and our insurance coverage.

Mobility partners must hold all licences, permits and authorizations legally required to operate passenger transport services in the country or jurisdiction where they provide their services. They must maintain valid insurance, comply with all applicable vehicle inspection and safety regulations, and be able to communicate in the official or commonly used local language of the destination where they operate. Go Privé verifies partner documentation during onboarding and reserves the right to suspend or permanently deactivate accounts that do not comply with these requirements.

Go Privé's liability is limited to the commission charged on the relevant booking, except where mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the country or jurisdiction where the service is provided establish otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the country or jurisdiction where the service is provided, together with any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts or legally recognized dispute resolution authorities having jurisdiction under the applicable local legislation.
